REPAIRS & SERVICES

In many cases, yes. Simple repairs such as ring sizing, prong re-tipping, and clasp replacements can often be completed the same day depending on our current workload. We recommend calling ahead at (780) 489-0079 to confirm availability before coming in.

Most ring resizes are completed within 1 to 3 business days. Timing may vary depending on the metal type, stone settings, and current workload. We recommend calling ahead for an estimate.

Yes. We repair all types of chains including gold, silver, and platinum. Most chain solders are done in-store by our bench jeweller.

Yes. We have experience working with antique and vintage pieces, including re-tipping prongs, replating, polishing, and sourcing period-appropriate findings.

Repair costs vary depending on the type of work required. We offer free in-store estimates on all repairs. Bring your piece in and we will assess it at no charge.

CUSTOM & CAD DESIGN

Absolutely. We offer full custom jewellery in house services from concept to completion. Whether you have a sketch, a photo, or just an idea, we can bring it to life.

We start with a consultation to understand your vision and budget. From there, our designer creates a CAD model for your approval. Once confirmed, we cast and finish the piece by hand in our workshop.


Yes. We welcome clients who want to repurpose existing pieces or supply their own stones. We will assess the material and advise on the best approach.



Custom pieces typically take 7 to 10 days depending on complexity. We will give you a timeline estimate during your consultation.




Yes. We provide a 3D CAD rendering for your review and approval before any metal is cast. Changes can be made at this stage before production begins.





Yes. If you have gold you would like to use for a custom piece, we can work with your material and charge you for labour only. The gold will be assessed for purity and weight before we begin. This is a great way to repurpose sentimental pieces or old jewellery into something new. Contact us at (780) 489-0079 to discuss your project.




ENGAGEMENT RINGS

We carry a wide selection including round brilliant, princess, oval, cushion, emerald, pear, marquise, radiant, asscher, and heart shapes. Custom cuts can also be sourced on request.





Yes. We offer fully custom engagement ring design using CAD technology. You can choose your metal, stone shape, setting style, and all finishing details.






Yes. We carry both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Our team can walk you through the differences in value, appearance, and certification so you can make the right choice for you.







Yes. We offer a diamond upgrade program. Please speak with one of our team members for details on eligibility and trade-in value.








APPRAISALS & CERTIFICATION

Yes. We offer jewellery appraisals for insurance and estate purposes. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.








A certificate, such as a GIA or IGI report, is a grading document issued by an independent gemological laboratory that describes a diamond's characteristics. An appraisal is a monetary valuation of a piece for insurance or resale purposes, issued by a certified appraiser.

Many of our diamonds come with certificates from recognized laboratories such as GIA or IGI. Please ask our team when selecting your stone, as certification varies by piece.
