How Our Trade-In Program Works

When you’re ready to upgrade, bring in your original diamond purchased from Design Jewellers along with its paperwork. We will inspect the stone and provide a trade-in value that can be applied toward a new diamond purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

• Original Purchase: Diamond must have been purchased from Design Jewellers.
  
• Documentation: Original paperwork, grading reports, and receipts must be presented.
• Condition: The diamond must pass inspection, remain unaltered, and be in its original state.
  
• Type of Diamond: Only natural earth-mined diamonds qualify for trade-in credit. Lab-grown diamonds may be excluded.
  
• Trade-In Value: Determined by our experts, based on the current market and condition of the diamond.
  

Important Notes

• Diamonds traded in must be at least equal in value or upgraded to a higher grade/size.
  
• Promotional diamonds or those that fall below our minimum quality standards may not be eligible.
  
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any trade-in request.
